We make every effort to provide our clients with the best value and highest quality services at all times.

Exceptional | Individual | Unique

Hello and welcome to my studio. Please feel free to have a browse and look around. My name is David and I specialise in individual and unique portrait photography, both in my specially designed photographic studio and on location throughout the region of Warwickshire.

The key to successful portrait photography is all in the relationship and trust built between you and your photographer. For this reason, I endeavour to meet with every new client prior to a scheduled shoot to find out a little bit more about you, what makes you tick, your loves, and of course, your major dislikes too! Even better, the preliminary meeting can take place either at my studio in Warwickshire or we can take the meeting outside to a location of your choice (and perhaps shoot a couple of images for good measure too!) Whilst exploring your local park or trekking along the nearest beach, we can really get to grips with what you hope to achieve from a full photography shoot with MSS Photography. From our initial meet, I aim to discover your desired style of portrait photography and from this initial research build a shoot to match your expectations.

As well as developing a respected name for Wedding Photography throughout Warwickshire and the surrounding counties, I also have several years experience in relaxed and fun family portrait photography and styled shoots for both corporate events and the fashion industry.

I believe modern photography should adapt to each occasion and my work with brides and grooms has certainly been varied and diverse. From elegant, formal affairs in large marquees and stately country homes to quirky, festival themed celebrations in converted rustic barns, I have had the pleasure of photographing them all.

No doubt you will have heard the phrase ‘a picture tells a thousand words’. Good photography however, simply does not happen by chance. At MSS we work hard to look for the story behind every picture. Using a variety of established photography techniques, we carefully build not just one great image but a story book collection of pictures that will gradually unfold and beautifully tell the visual story of your day. Through my photography, I aim to define the pure emotion and love enveloping each partnership or family. Key to achieving this, is the ability to put every client at ease; in order that they can relax in my presence and allow the shoot to develop naturally and without affliction.

If you would like to chat some more about my work and how we could work together, please feel free to drop me a line via my Contact Form and I will be in touch as soon as possible. For information on the current photography courses I have on offer, please take a look at my Courses page for further details.

And of course, if you pop on over to our studio, I am always open for an informal chat too. Most likely to be found editing the latest client album with cup of latte in hand and a chocolate brownie (or three!), I always find an impromptu meeting of minds over chocolate and strong caffeine can bring forth lots of fab ideas of the kind of imagery and style of photography you most wish to create!

Whilst visiting the studio, why not look at the many portfolios of previous work undertaken. With images both online and in hard copy, you can browse at your leisure and get a feel for the style of photography which most captures your imagination. I am of course, open to your suggestions also. If you have an idea in mind, then lets chat and see if we can perhaps recreate this for you too!

Thanks, and I look forward to working with you,

David
